What does my estimate include?
Your selected items and the access details you provide. Full service includes lifting, loading and hauling. Add stairs, long carries or disassembly when asked so your estimate reflects the job.
When do I pay?
For an online pickup, you review the total before paying in full through Square. Your booking is confirmed after successful payment. Tips are optional. A free onsite estimate visit requires no payment; you agree on the removal amount before work begins.
When can you pick up?
Choose from available dates and arrival windows during booking. Same-day pickup depends on crew availability. GoFlex pickups run from 8 AM–6 PM: leave your items outside at ground level, disassembled and within 50 feet of truck access, ready by 8 AM.
What if my items or plans change?
Your total is based on the items and access you select. A changed scope may change the amount. Call Primos if you need to change or cancel your pickup. Paid bookings have a 20% cancellation fee before the pickup day, or 50% on/after that day or after a customer reschedule. Read the policy.
