How does my guaranteed price work?
Choose the exact items, quantities, and pickup conditions. Your confirmed price covers that scope. If you add items or change the conditions, you see the updated price before paying. On pickup day, any additional work must be agreed before it begins.
What is included in my pickup?
The local pickup fee, removal, transport, and disposal are included in your total. Full service includes the lifting. Stairs, disassembly, and longer carries are shown separately when you choose those options.
How do I save with curbside pickup?
Skip the $50 full-service fee with Curbside Route Saver. The $89 minimum still applies. Have everything outside at ground level, disassembled, and ready by 8 AM. Your crew can arrive anytime from 8 AM to 6 PM. You do not need to be home.
How soon can you pick up my items?
The booking calendar shows real Primos availability for your pickup. Select a date to see open arrival windows. Your time is confirmed as you complete booking.
Do you donate or recycle?
We look for donation and recycling options for usable items whenever possible. The final option depends on condition and what local facilities will accept.
Can a bigger load cost less with an in-person estimate?
For ten or more items, we offer a free, no-obligation visit to compare pricing by truck space. Larger loads need an in-person estimate. Your crew receives your item list and online price reference. Savings depend on the actual load and access; you approve the final price before work.
What if I have a full cleanout or an unusual item?
Use the photo-quote option for mixed piles, full cleanouts, installed structures, or unusually heavy items. Our team can confirm the scope and the right crew. Hazardous materials are not accepted.
